Senior fullstack developer focused on TypeScript-first work in mobile and web. I build and lead production iOS and Android apps in React Native and Expo, ship modern web apps in Next.js and React, and run the backends on Node.js or Bun (Fastify, Express.js). I care about architecture, performance and developer experience. PHP, Symfony and Laravel are in my back pocket when a project needs them.
// how I lead
As Team Leader I run code reviews, mentor mid-level engineers and onboard new joiners. I coach them on architecture, testing and accessibility, and I pair on the hard problems until they are confident shipping on their own.
// how I think
Engineering is a craft, not a typing job. I dig into the business behind every feature, ask the uncomfortable "why are we building this" questions, and help the team see past the ticket. The goal is to ship the right thing, not just code that compiles. Growing engineers who think like product owners is the part of leadership I care about most.
// how I work
I use modern tooling, including AI coding assistants like Claude, Cursor and MCP. I use them where they actually pay off: scaffolding, focused refactors, writing tests, sanity-checking my own diffs. The architecture, the trade-offs and the quality calls stay mine. The basics are non-negotiable: accessibility (WCAG), SEO + AEO, web performance, unit testing. AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) is the modern complement to SEO. It is about how visible our content is to AI agents and answer engines, not just classic search crawlers.
